About The Arch at Lakeside Beach:

Located at 4105 Lakeshore Blvd, South Lake Tahoe, California, The Arch is situated across from The Landing Hotel Resort at beautiful Lakeside Beach. Conveniently located near hotels and Stateline, NV (just south of Edgewood Resort). The venue offers stunning views of  Lake Tahoe  and Mount Tallac, creating an unforgettable backdrop for your ceremony. The private lakefront ceremony location is ideal for small elopements or larger weddings with up to 150+ guests. 

What's Included:

• Private section of Lakeside Beach

• 90-minute rental for your ceremony

• The Arch

• White wedding chairs (custom set-up and breakdown included)

• Staff to manage music and PA system (choose traditional music or create your own playlist)

• Cordless microphones for your officiant, bride, and groom

Available Ceremony Times:

• 10:00 AM

• 12:00 PM

• 2:00 PM

• 4:00 PM

• 6:00 PM

Example Timeline for a 4:00 PM Ceremony:

• 3:30 PM: Access to site to decorate the arch

• 3:45 PM: Guest arrival

• 4:00 PM: Ceremony begins

• 4:30 PM: Beach photos

• 5:00 PM: Group departure

Pricing for 2025:

• Friday, Saturday, Sunday: $3,500

• Monday - Thursday: $2,000

Additional Requirements:

• Wedding/Event Insurance is required for all rentals. Please visit the Discover tab on our website for insurance options.

Optional Add-Ons:

• White carpet aisle runner (Note: thin, cloth aisle runners do not work well on the beach): $150

• Rehearsal / Venue Walk-Through (9:00 AM or 7:00 PM the day before): $150

• Additional Venue Rental for extra setup time or extended photography (based on availability):

• Friday, Saturday, Sunday: $1,750

• Monday - Thursday: $1,000
